This practice is an in-network provider with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Capital Blue Cross, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Curative, Kaiser Permanente, select UnitedHealthcare and Optum plans, as well as VA Community Care Network (VA CCN). Coverage and benefits vary by plan, so we recommend confirming your behavioral health benefits with your insurance plan before scheduling. If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, superbills are available upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Self-pay rates are outlined below, with both 60-minute and 90-minute sessions available. To support thoughtful pacing and scheduling, same-day session extensions are not available.

Session Fees: Individual therapy sessions begin at 60 minutes for $150, with extended 90-minute sessions offered at $200. Couples and family therapy sessions begin at 60 minutes for $180, with extended 90-minute sessions offered at $230. Group therapy sessions are held for 90 minutes, with rates beginning at $60.
