Personalized individual, group, couples, and family therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, personality and mood disorders, and life transitions. Specialized services focus on reproductive mental health, trauma recovery, and grief.

Services are provided to children (ages 6+), adolescents, adults, couples, and families. This practice is committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care to individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life. The goal is to ensure that every client feels seen, heard, and supported. If another provider is better suited to meet your unique needs, you will be provided with the appropriate resources and referrals to ensure you receive the care you deserve.

This practice is an in-network provider with select UnitedHealthcare and Optum plans, as well as VA Community Care Network (VA CCN). Coverage and benefits vary by plan, so we recommend confirming your behavioral health benefits with your insurance plan before scheduling.
If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, superbills are available upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Individual therapy sessions begin at 60 minutes for $150, with extended 90-minute sessions offered at $200.
Couples and family therapy sessions begin at 60 minutes for $180, with extended 90-minute sessions offered at $230.
Group therapy sessions are held for 90 minutes, with rates beginning at $60.

While in-person sessions are not currently offered, meaningful connection and healing can happen virtually. Through a secure telehealth platform, you can access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space, where many clients find it easier to feel relaxed, present, and fully engaged in therapy. Telehealth services are only provided in the states where the clinician is licensed to practice.

Your first session is an opportunity for you and your therapist to get to know one another, discuss the reasons you chose therapy, and to explore your goals for treatment.
As therapy progresses, you can expect a collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you work together to navigate challenges, build on your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

Tuesdays: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Wednesdays: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Thursdays: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Fridays: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
Group therapy sessions are scheduled based on clinician availability.
If you are seeking an appointment outside of these hours, please contact the practice to inquire about availability. Alternate times may be available but cannot be guaranteed.
